It will be a Gospel Music Celebration starting at 7pm. All proceeds go directly to the children. The performers are as follows; David Phelps, Jason Crabb, Ernie Haase and Signature Sound and a comedian Mickey Bell.
Show is family friendly, so bring the whole family and enjoy a night of inspiration and joy.
Pardue Children in Need Fund
With its noble mission statement of “Providing Joy to Kids with Little Joy in Their Lives,” the Pardue Children in Need Fund, in association with The Waccamaw Community Foundation, has brightened the lives of hundreds of young people in The Grand Strand of South Carolina and Augusta, Georgia.
Through numerous fundraising events including its annual Christmas Child Golf Tournament and its January Charity Concert Event, all proceeds benefit children (180) housed at Lighthouse Care Center of Conway, Lighthouse Care Centers of Augusta, Georgia and Sea Coast Academy in Surfside Beach, SC, Waccamaw Youth Center, Conway, Lancaster Children’s Home, and Connie Maxwell Girls Home in Florence. As the foundation continues to grow its goal is to one day bring joy to kids in all eight Lighthouse facilities in South Carolina as well.
Funds raised provide activities including a trip to Carowinds Amusement Park, Bowling, State Fair Tickets, Football Tickets to Coastal Carolina Football, Myrtle Beach Amusement Park Monthly visit during the summer, monthly visits to a local movie theater, and through the generous help of the great people at Alabama Theatre, an annual Christmas Show at the acclaimed venue. Additionally, children are presented with a new pair of sneakers, of their own choosing, as a Christmas gift.
“The Facilities do amazing work with children helping them get on the right path to succeed in life. We’re honored to assist them in bringing joy and hope to so many young people,” says Claude Pardue.
